5. Order Cancellation and Returns

Due to the highly personalized nature of bespoke tailoring, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed garments. However, we are committed to client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the fit or craftsmanship of your finished suit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your garment to discuss potential alterations or adjustments. Cancellation of an order before completion may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be determined based on the stage of production and materials already used.
